Connect your Entra App

Orbit connects to your customers' BC environments through a Microsoft Entra App, either one you already have or a Qezaro-generated app (the quickest path). Full setup instructions are in our docs.

Add your customers

Add tenants individually, import in bulk, or fetch them automatically. Authorize the app in each customer's BC Admin Center, and Orbit starts syncing.

Security and access - what partners ask us most

What permissions does Orbit require in my customers' tenants?

Orbit connects via the Admin Center API. This gives it access to environment management operations only and no way to access your customers' Business Central business data (transactions, records, or financials).

Can Qezaro see my customers' data?

No. Qezaro admins do not have access to your dashboard, your customers' tenant data, or your configuration. Your portal is your own.

Is there an audit log?

Yes. Actions taken in Orbit also appear in the standard BC Admin Center Operations Log, so your customers have full visibility. Orbit also maintains its own internal logs.
